Machen Tidence Moore IV
Machen Tidence Moore IV, 22, of Columbia, died Friday, May 21, 2010 at his residence. Born in Greenville, SC, he was the son of Machen Tidence Moore, III and Vicki Lee Upton Moore. In addition to his parents, he a is survived by his brother Jonathan Taylor Moore (Nicole Derrick), and his sisters, Leighanne Moore Lombardo, Lindsay Kirsten Moore (Justin Amburn), & Taylor Anne Upton. He attended Dutch Fork Christian Fellowship, and was a committed Christian.
Machen was a beloved son, the perfect brother, and loyal friend. He lit up the room when he was on earth, now a star gone to light up the sky.
Memorial services for Machen Tidence Moore IV will be held on Sunday, May 30, 2010 at Eastlake Community Church on 10057 Broad River Road in Irmo SC at 3pm.
South Carolina Cremation & Burial Society is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed in Memory of Machen Moore to A Better Way Project GO 1445 Shop Rd. Columbia SC 29201 or American Foundation for Suicide Prevention at www.afsp.org.
